For non-European jewelry brands entering European marketplaces

Enter Europe right,
the first time.

The marketplace account you build correctly is an asset. The one you patch after a takedown is a liability. We prepare the European side before you list — the legal role, the product checks, the packaging registrations and every field the platforms now verify.

Why before, not after

The platforms stopped taking your word for it.

European marketplaces are now required by law to verify who stands behind a product before it can be listed: a named Responsible Person in the EU, and — from August 2026 — a valid packaging registration in every country you sell to. No number, no listing. Meeting a requirement before you list costs cents at the factory; meeting it after a takedown costs the account, the reviews and the ranking you spent two years building. For jewelry the gap is wider than for most products, because someone has to actually look at the alloy, the findings and the stones. We do that part, and we sign for it. We are not the cheap option, and we don't try to be.

What we deliver

Everything the European side requires. Signed.

Product Assurance

  • Gemmologist review of alloys, platings, findings and gemstones — before production ships
  • A written specification your factory can act on, while a change still costs cents
  • Testing arranged through accredited European laboratories, results read and explained

EU Responsible Person

  • A named European contact for your brand — on the listing, on the packaging, for the authorities
  • Your product documentation built and held for the ten years required
  • If an authority writes, we answer — included, never billed per incident

Packaging Compliance

  • EPR registration in every country you sell to, with dated proof from day one
  • The EU packaging regulation makes local representation mandatory for non-EU sellers from August 2026 — we provide and coordinate it
  • Your boxes weighed, classified and reported by material — data we measure, not estimates
  • Design check against the new rules, oversized and false-bottom gift boxes included

Marketplace Setup

  • Every field each marketplace requires, prepared store by store
  • Safety and warning information in the language of each country you sell in
  • Labelling that works on the parcel too, not only on the listing

Country Sequencing

  • A recommended order to open countries in — fastest first, so you sell while the slow ones clear
  • Germany and Austria in weeks; France, Spain and Poland on their own timelines, filed on day one
  • The annual reporting that follows, prepared for you

Staying Listed

  • We watch what each marketplace starts asking for next
  • New products checked before you list them, not after
  • A dated calendar of every deadline that reaches a jewelry brand selling into Europe
What we need from your side

Six things. If you can gather these, we can start.

Everything below fits in one shipment and one folder. Brands that have it ready go live in the fast countries within weeks.

01

Your catalogue, with materials declared

Every product you want to sell in Europe, with alloy and karat, platings, stones and findings stated per piece. We work with solid gold in 9, 14 and 18 karat — if part of your catalogue is plated or vermeil, tell us now and we'll tell you honestly what can and can't come.

02

Physical samples per product family

A few pieces from each alloy, plating bath and production line — not press samples, the same pieces your customers would receive. Laboratory testing is done on real product; some samples are consumed by the tests and won't come back.

03

A factory that acts on written specifications

We send exact instructions: fineness marking, maker's mark, nickel limits, solder and finding requirements. What we need from you is a production contact with the authority to apply them. A brand that can't move its factory can't be made compliant by paperwork.

04

Your packaging, exactly as it ships

One complete set per product line: box, pouch, filler, cards, outer e-commerce packaging. We weigh and classify each component by material — that's what the European registrations declare, and measured data is the difference between a filing that holds and one that doesn't.

05

Company documents and one signature

Business licence, brand ownership or registry extract, and the person authorised to sign the mandate. The Responsible Person role is a legal appointment — it exists on paper or it doesn't exist.

06

Your target countries and honest volumes

Which markets you want to open and a realistic estimate of what you'll sell there. Registrations and packaging declarations are built on these numbers — inflated ones cost you fees, hidden ones cost you the registration. We treat both as confidential.

Straight answers

What we can promise, and what we can't

01

We can't guarantee a marketplace will approve you

Nobody honestly can. What we guarantee is that your file is real, complete and defensible — and that when the platform's verification asks for a number, the number exists and is yours.

02

Some of your pieces may not be sellable here

Most catalogues have a few that can't be placed on this market as they are. We'll tell you which before you produce for Europe, and for the ones that can be fixed we'll tell your factory exactly how. Finding this out from us costs a review; finding it out from an authority costs the account.

03

Compliance opens the door. It doesn't sell.

Photography, pricing, reviews and advertising remain your craft. What we remove is the one category of problem that kills accounts wholesale — and the European identity behind your brand, a gemmologist's signature included, is something your competitors on the same search page don't have.

What's coming

The requirements don't stop where they are today.

Packaging rules in August. Green claims in September. Product liability in December. Anti-money-laundering in 2027. We keep a dated calendar of every deadline that reaches a jewelry brand selling into Europe — public, plain-language, and updated when something moves.

Five working days. We review your products, your packaging and the countries you're aiming for, and tell you exactly what it would take — including if the answer is that it isn't worth it.
